1. Service Agreement
By submitting this order form, you ("Client") agree to engage Create All Media ("CAM", "we", "us") for AI-powered video commercial production services under the following terms.
2. Deliverables & Revisions
Each order includes one (1) revision of the delivered commercial at no additional cost. This revision must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Additional revisions beyond the first are subject to additional fees and will be quoted separately.
Videos are rendered in high resolution (up to 4K), edited with music, voice-overs, and effects as specified in the order brief.
3. Turnaround Times
Rush Orders: Delivered within 48 hours of confirmed order acceptance. Full pricing applies.
Standard Orders: Delivered within 5–7 business days. 50% reduced pricing applies.
Turnaround begins once the order is confirmed and all required assets/information have been received.
4. Video Specifications
All commercials produced are between 15 and 40 seconds in length. Productions exceeding 40 seconds are classified as "Short Films" and must be arranged separately through createallmedia.com/shortfilm/.
5. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
CAM agrees to keep all Client-provided materials, briefs, brand information, scripts, and creative direction strictly confidential. We will not share, publish, or distribute Client materials to any third party without explicit written consent.
Client project details, including internal strategy, product information, and business plans disclosed during the engagement, will be treated as proprietary and confidential.
6. Non-Competition & Similarity Clause
CAM serves multiple clients across many industries. We do not intentionally create advertisements that directly compete with or replicate a Client's specific campaign. However, due to the nature of AI-generated content and the breadth of our clientele:
- Visual or thematic similarities between different client projects may occasionally occur and do not constitute a breach of this agreement.
- If a Client observes content in another customer's advertisement that appears identical, it is because that customer independently uploaded the same or similar asset(s).
- We never reuse, recycle, or repurpose one Client's uploaded assets, scripts, or proprietary materials for another Client's project. Each project uses only the assets provided by or created for that specific Client.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, Client receives a non-exclusive license to use the delivered commercial for advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes.
CAM retains the right to use the completed work in our portfolio and showcase materials unless the Client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.
Important: CAM cannot produce content that infringes on existing intellectual property, trademarks, or copyrighted material. Client is responsible for ensuring they have the rights to all uploaded assets, likenesses, music, and brand materials.
8. Content Restrictions
CAM will not produce content that contains:
- Nudity, partial nudity (topless, etc.), or sexually suggestive material
- Hate speech, racism, discrimination, or targeted harassment
- Violence, gore, or content promoting harm
- Misinformation, defamation, or fraudulent claims
- Content targeting or exploiting minors
- Illegal products, services, or activities
- Political attack ads or extremist content
We are happy to produce a wide range of commercial content including but not limited to: TV commercials, movie trailers, concept pitches, business presentations, product ads, social media campaigns, and brand videos.

10. Privacy Policy
We collect only the information necessary to fulfill your order: name, contact details, company information, creative brief, and uploaded assets. This data is stored securely and used exclusively for order fulfillment and communication.
We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to third parties. Contact information may be used to send order updates and, with your consent, occasional service announcements.
Uploaded assets are stored on secure servers and retained for 90 days after project completion, after which they are permanently deleted unless the Client requests otherwise.
11. Payment & Refunds
Pricing is provided upon inquiry. Full payment is required before production begins. Refunds are available only if production has not started. Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for orders in progress.
12. Limitation of Liability
CAM's total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order in question. CAM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
13. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by applicable international commercial law. Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
